I had a story idea this weekend while walking my dog. This is a character from it. It will probably whither and die like all my other side projects.

Kitty Colored

I tried to color this using mainly layers. I used Multiply, Soft Light and Color for pretty much all of it. I learned alot about how those layers work but I'm not totally pleased with the result. More experimenting is needed.

WTF now in Color

WTF?

This weeks topic for creature of the week is "Cave Dweller". I sat down for 2 hours tonight and drew this. WTF!!!?? It looks like the love child of Jabba the hut and Geigers Alien or something. I think I need to go play some "Little Big Planet" to get my head right again. I'm pretty sure there aren't any tentacle boobs in little big planet.

Owl Guy

I barely had time to do anything fun this weekend so I had to rush this owl guy. Now that I see him on the blog he is kinda similar to the turtle guy. My wife made a bunch of comments that makes me want to redo him.

This blog aint dead yet...

I took a sick day today. I watched a movie, ate a bunch of oranges, played some "Left for Dead" and started painting again for the first time in 3 months. If it takes nearly naked cat and bat ladies pillow fighting to get me painting again so be it. Hopefully I can finish it up this weekend.

Updated December 26th. Finally got around to finishing it. As much as I care to anyway.

Back Trackin

I decided to re paint some old pieces that I wasn't happy with. Last night was Hellboy and tonight I chipped away at my old coconut monster.
